Friends, with great affection I upload this video that was promised long ago. But for reasons lost my account and access was almost impossible for lack of mastery of technology that our generation had to learn outside the classroom. About 3 years ago, we did not have many post, but for the bolognesino, nothing is impossible, (now almost everyone has). He came to do a post-graduate course in geriatrics, in fact gave us great scope of their specialty, along with Antonio Gamarra the other end, because it's Pediatrician.
